Lindale Cemetery
LOCATION
Hordville, Hamilton County, Nebraska, USA
This cemetery is 2 1/2 miles west of Polk Nebraska on Highway 66 and 1 mile south. It became known as the Lindale Cemetery in May 1955 when the First Baptist Church of Hordville transferred ownership to the newly formed Lindale Cemetery Association. In older obituaries, this cemetery has also been referred to as the Swedish Baptist Cemetery and the Baptist Cemetery of Hordville.
All tombstones were photographed as of August 2014. There are very limited cemetery records, so any unmarked burials are essentially undocumented.
