Gary Denzle Clark, Jr. age 51, passed away on July 22, 2009 at his home in Sandy, Utah.


He was born October 14, 1957 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Gary Denzle and Nita Curtis Clark.


He married Laura Maw on September 14, 1979 in the Salt Lake Temple.


He served an LDS mission in Northern Italy from 1976-78. Gary, the world's greatest primary teacher, was beloved by all who knew him. He was always there for family and friends, and willing to assist in any way he could.


His tall frame housed a big heart, a heart that connected him deeply to children, family, and friends. His smile, his blue eyes, and his generosity will all be missed.


Survived by his wife, Laura; daughters, Amy Clark, Nichole (Scott) Spjut, Mackenzi (Marc) Enslow, Alyxandra Clark; parents, Nita Clark and Gary (Lisa) Clark, Sr.; siblings, Rick (Christine) Clark, Melanie (Mark) Olsen, Micah Clark, and Rusty Clark; grandkids, Halle, Rachel, Eathan Enslow, and Maxwell Spjut.


Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2009 in the Oak Grove Ward Chapel, 11570 Wasatch Boulevard. Friends and family may call on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Church and on Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the services.
Interment will be held in the Francis Cemetery at 3:30 p.m.
