    • Elizabeth Maw
      "St. Clair, Jan. 29 - Miss Elizabeth Maw, 87, resident of St. Clair for 58 years, died Thursday at the Mann Nursing Home, Marine City. Miss Maw was born Jan. 12, 1867 in England, daughter of the late John and Charlotte Harker Maw. During her many years in St. Clair, Miss Maw was a music teacher. She was a longtime member of St. Paul's Episcopal church and of St. Paul's Guild of the church. Miss Maw is survived by a sister, Mrs. William C. Houston, Detroit; a brother, Arthur E. Maw, St. Clair; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the T. R. Bower funeral home. Rev. Howard C. Rutenbar, pastor of St. Paul's Episcopal church, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery."
