- Janet Welsh, who married Agnus' brother Thomas in 1832, was the sister of George Welsh; so Agnus married her brother-in-law. But that is only a small part of the inter linking between the Dunsire and the Welsh families. [See under Peter Dunsire m. Margaret Whyte #54.]
According to the Statutory Register of Deaths Index, an Agnes Dunsire died in 1894 age 84, in Dunfermline. [Her actual death certificate gives her father as "Archibald" Dunsire, the informant being her son George Welch, though everything else fits the Christian Buchan/John Dunsyre marriage.]
