Relationship with Living Birth 4 Jun 1742 Scotter, , Lincolnshire, England Gender Male Will 30 May 1788 (45 years) Scotter, , Lincolnshire, England - I «b»John Pask of Scotter in the County of Lincoln Yeoman«/b» do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and as touching such wordly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I Give Devise and Bequeath the same in manner and form following.
First I give and devise all and every my messuages, cottages, houses, lands ,tenements, hereditaments and premises whatsoever as well freehold as copyhold (which said copyhold premises I have surrendered to the use of this my will) situate, lying or being at Scotter aforesaid or elsewhere within the Kingdom of England with the appurtenances unto and to the use and behalf «b»of my brother William Pask«/b», his heirs and assigns for ever. Also I give and bequeath all and every my goods chattels, rights, credits, personal estate and effects of what nature or kind so ever and wheresoever the same may be unto him «b»my said brother William Pask«/b» to and for his use and benefit chargeable nevertheless and hereby charged with the payment of the several legacies or sums of money herein after specified within twelve calendar months next after my decease unto the several persons herein after named.
That is to say five pounds to«b» my sister Elizabeth Airy«/b» and five pounds to «b»my sister Ann Foreman«/b» to «b»my nephew William Airy«/b» one pound and to«b» my two nieces Elizabeth Turner and Maria Airy«/b» one pound each.
Also I constitute and appoint «b»my said brother William Pask«/b» the sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and eighty eight. - John Pask
Signed published and declared by the said John Pask to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof.
