  Contents: For a yearly rent of £20 for the life of Sarah wife of Christopher Norwood and for a further payment of £440. Christopher Norwood of Wintringham, yeoman, Sarah his wife and Thomas Harsley of Belton, gent. Cottage and close in Strawberry Lane and Steal goose lane, town street west, another cottage at Churchtown on Stockshill with a croft, another cottage in its yard, an acre of land in the Far field called Greengate furlong abutting on Golden headland north and the highway south.
