      First I give and beqeath my lands in Wroot and Belton (and various other crofts etc) to Thomas Gervas, Peter Barnard and John Maw all of Epworth in trust that they sell the land as soon as possible after my death and with the money arising pay off all the Legacies given by my fathers will which shall be unpaid at the time of my death in the first place and then shall pay my just debts as far as the same shall extend to pay after deducting their reasonable charges in execution of the trust………..
