Conquergood, of Willen, and Alexander Maw, 2nd son of Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Maw, were united in marriage. OBIT - Brandon Sun, July 9, 1964 ELKHORN The death of Alexander Maw, 49, of Elkhorn , occurred in the Selkirk Hospital, June 30. Funeral services were held July 2 in the Elkhorn United Church. He is survived by his wife, Ella, and three daughters. Mr. Maw was born in Winnipeg and lived in Armstrong, BC, and Arrow River, Manitoba, before coming to reside in Elkhorn. He was employed for a time with the CPR and later secured employment as a driller for an oil company. At the time of his death he was employed by the government as a traffic inspector. Burial in the Elkhorn Cemetery.
