"Gone fishing"

Gary Denzle Clark was born Nov. 29, 1936, to Denzel James and Mary Phyllis Mendenhall Clark in Idaho Falls. He returned to his Heavenly Father June 23, 2016.

Gary lived his life to the fullest. He loved camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he had many callings.

Gary is the oldest of five children. He spent most of his life working for Wonder Bread and Hostess, working as a driver, salesman and general manager.

Gary married Nita Curtis and they had three children: Gary Denzle Clark Jr, Rick Clark and Melanie Clark. They were later divorced. He married Leigh Bone in 1972 and two children were born to this marriage: Micah and Rusty.

Gary married Lisa Tak and later they adopted Tiara Clark, a granddaughter two years of age. Gary is survived by his wife, Lisa; children, Tiara, Rick (Kris), Melanie (Mark), Micah (Karissa), Rusty, Jaymi (John), Courtney (Carl), Krysta (Eric) and Chad (Jessica); 28 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Daralee; brother, Garth; son, Gary, Jr.; stepson, Marc; and three grandsons, Esic, Isaac and Boston.

Gary's children and family would like to thank his wife, Lisa, for the wonderful love and care she provided him. They truly loved each other!
