Taken from us suddenly on 22nd June 2011, aged 45 years.
Amazing husband to Jackie, devoted father to Amie, Sophie
and Charlie, and a much loved 'Grrr' to Ava Mae. Dave will
be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. The funeral service will take place at Crownhill Crematorium on 19th July 2011, at 2.00pm.
